This page is the agreement between you and [DMPH AKA Domyprogramminghomework], the company behind domyprogramminghomework.us. It applies when you browse the site, ask for a quote, or place an order. Use the site and you’re agreeing to what’s on this page. If any of it doesn’t work for you, don’t place an order.
1. Words we use
- “Site” means domyprogramminghomework.us and everything on it.
- “Service” means the help we provide: reference solutions written to your brief, code review, debugging, walkthroughs, and one-on-one tutoring.
- “Work” means anything we deliver on a paid order, including code, comments, test output, written explanations, and live or recorded walkthroughs.
- “We,” “us,” “our” means [DMPH]. “You” means the person or organization using the Site or ordering from us.
2. What this service is
We’re a tutoring and code help service for university students. Here’s what that means in practice.
A developer reads your brief and your rubric, writes a working solution in the language and version your course uses, comments it so you can follow the logic, and walks you through it until you can explain every line yourself. If you already have code, we’ll review it, find what’s breaking, and show you the fix.
What we deliver is reference work plus the explanation that goes with it. What you do after that is your decision and your responsibility.
3. What this service isn’t
Being clear about this protects both of us.
We don’t sit exams, quizzes, timed tests, or proctored assessments. Not ever, not at any price.
We don’t log into your student portal, your LMS, or any school account of yours.
We don’t guarantee a grade. Nobody honest does. Grading belongs to your instructor.
We don’t tell you that submitting our work as your own is allowed at your school. It usually isn’t. Your school’s academic integrity policy governs you, and this page doesn’t override it.
4. Who can use this
You need to be 18 or older. By placing an order you’re confirming that you are, that you can enter a binding agreement where you live, and that you’ll follow your school’s rules and your local law.
5. How an order runs
- You send the brief. Assignment file, rubric, deadline, language and version, plus any starter code. The more we get, the tighter the quote.
- We quote it. A developer who knows the subject reads it and sends back a fixed price, a defined scope, and a delivery time. The price is fixed before you pay anything. A tight deadline doesn’t add a surcharge.
- You pay a deposit. [50%] to start. Work begins once it clears.
- You get the work and check it. Run it, read the comments, ask questions. Take your time at this step.
- You pay the balance. The remaining [50%] once you’ve reviewed it and you’re satisfied. We never ask for the full amount up front.
6. What you agree not to do
- Use our Work in a way that breaks your school’s academic integrity policy.
- Order anything built to break into a system, damage one, or harm someone. No malware, no unauthorized access tooling, no scraping of private data.
- Send us another person’s files or personal data without their permission.
- Resell, republish, or commercially distribute what we write for you, or anything we’ve published on this Site.
- Abuse our team. We’ll end an order over this, and we won’t feel bad about it.
7. Payment
We take payment through secure processors. The deposit and balance model in section 5 applies to every order. Your card processor handles your card details on its own terms as an independent controller. We never see the full number.
Your bank may add currency conversion or transaction fees. Those are yours, not ours.
Refunds run under our [Refund and Revision Policy], which forms part of this agreement.
8. Revisions
Every order comes with [7] days of free revisions from the delivery date.
If the Work doesn’t match the brief and the rubric you gave us at the start, your developer fixes it at no charge inside that window. That’s a commitment, not a favor.
New requirements that weren’t in the original brief get a fresh quote. That’s not us being difficult. It’s a different job.
9. Who owns what
What we publish on this Site, including guides, sample code, and explanations, belongs to us. Don’t copy it onto another site and don’t sell it.
What we write for you on a paid order is yours to use as reference and study material. You can’t resell it as a product or republish it as a paid tutorial.
We may keep an anonymized copy as a portfolio sample with every identifying detail removed. Tell us at order time if you’d rather we didn’t, and we won’t.
10. Academic integrity
Read this section properly.
Most universities do not allow you to submit externally produced work as your own. We’re not going to pretend otherwise, and we’re not going to tell you your school is the exception.
What we sell is a working reference solution and the explanation that comes with it. Use the walkthrough. Learn the approach. Be ready to defend the code if someone asks you about it in a viva or a lab check, because plenty of courses do exactly that.
If you use the Work in a way that breaks your school’s rules, that’s your call and your responsibility. We’re not a party to your relationship with your university, and we can’t answer for a decision you make after delivery.
11. Privacy
Your details stay with us and never reach the developer. Every developer signs a confidentiality agreement before opening your files. Assignment files are deleted [15] days after the order closes. Full detail is in our [Privacy Policy].
12. No guarantees
The Site and the Service come as they are and as available. We don’t promise the Site is always up, that every published sample is free of bugs, or that a solution fits a use we didn’t agree to in the brief.
We work carefully and we stand behind the Work through the revision and refund policies. What we won’t do is promise you a grade, because we don’t set grades.
13. Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising out of your use of the Site or the Service. That includes academic outcomes, lost opportunities, and lost income.
Our total liability on any single order is capped at what you paid for that order.
Nothing here removes a right you have under consumer protection law where you live.
14. Indemnity
If your misuse of the Service, your breach of these terms, or your breach of a school policy or a law results in a claim against us, you agree to cover the cost of it.
15. Changes and ending things
We can update these terms when our service changes or the law does. The date at the top shows the current version. Keep using the Site after a change takes effect and you’ve accepted it.
We can decline or end an order for fraud, abuse of our team, an unlawful request, or a breach of these terms. If we decline before work starts, your deposit comes back in full.
16. Law and disputes
These terms run under the laws of [CA / US], setting aside conflict of law rules. [Our team works from the United States and India.]
If there’s a problem, email us before you do anything else. Most disputes get sorted within a day or two once someone actually reads the file. Nothing in this section takes away a mandatory right you have under your local consumer law.
